We work out of Loveland and Milford, Ohio, and cover roughly a twenty mile radius from there, which takes in Goshen and most of the east side of the Cincinnati metro.
The Middle of the Circle
- Loveland and Milford are where we are based and where most of the work happens.
- Goshen and the east side of the Cincinnati metro are inside the normal radius.
- Further out is worth asking about. If the job makes sense we will travel for it.

Where the Work Actually Happens
Most jobs are on a driveway or in a workplace parking lot. Some are on the shoulder. What we need is somewhere reasonably level and hard, enough room to get a vehicle alongside, and permission to be there.
The two places we usually cannot work are loose gravel and a steep slope, because neither is safe to put a car on stands on. Low clearance parking garages are the other one.
Questions About Coverage
I am just outside the radius. Is it worth asking?
Yes. The radius is a rule of thumb, not a fence. If the job makes sense further out we are flexible, and the worst answer you get is no.
Can you work in an apartment lot?
Usually, as long as the ground is level and hard and your property manager is fine with it. Gravel and a steep slope are the two that stop us.
Will you come out at night or on a weekend?
We have. One customer had a radiator let go in the middle of the night and was back on the road the same day, and another job happened on Memorial Day. Call or text and ask about the time you need.
