What We Do
Everything Except a Transmission Rebuild
We are not a jump start service. The van carries a bidirectional scan tool, factory level repair data and a chip programmer, which is what lets us finish a job in your driveway instead of telling you to get it towed.

What does it cost to have you come out?
A full safety inspection and computer diagnostic is a flat $100, and that $100 comes off the labor if we do the repair. There is no separate call out charge on top of it.
How far do you travel?
About a 20 mile radius around Milford, Goshen, Loveland and the east side of the Cincinnati metro. If a job further out makes sense we are flexible, so it is worth asking.
Is there anything you will not do?
Transmission rebuilds are the one job we send elsewhere. A proper wheel alignment needs a rack, so we do the suspension repair and tell you when an alignment has to follow. Everything else is on the table.
Do I have to be there while you work?
Not the whole time, but somebody needs to let us at the vehicle and be reachable by phone, because we show you what we found before we quote the repair.
What is the fastest way to get hold of you?
